Overview
Our Mercy spirituality takes its life from the gift of God’s mercy as experienced in both the Hebrew Scriptures and the New Testament.
We see ‘mercy’ as an inner feeling of sympathy or love that shows itself outwardly in action (Treble).
Mercy feels deep compassion for those in need and seeks to meet this need in ways that are practical and kind.
Our lives of prayer, both personal and communal, are essential in deepening our relationship with God and shaping our response in Mercy.
